Decisions made by investors, banks, financial institutions, immigration authorities, government departments, embassies, consulates, regulators or other third parties are outside our control.
Our responsibility is limited to providing the agreed services and deliverables with reasonable professional care.
5. Visa and Immigration Business Plans
Where a business plan is prepared for visa or immigration purposes, the document is prepared based on the information and requirements communicated by the client.
The client is responsible for confirming the specific requirements of the relevant:
- Embassy
- Consulate
- Immigration authority

- Government department
- Legal or immigration adviser
Requirements may vary by country, visa category and individual circumstances.
We do not guarantee visa approval or immigration outcomes.

6. Financial Projections
Financial projections, forecasts and estimates are prepared using information, assumptions and business inputs provided by the client and/or reasonable assumptions discussed during the engagement.
Financial projections are estimates and are not guarantees of future financial performance.
Actual business performance may differ significantly due to market conditions, competition, pricing, costs, economic conditions, regulations and other factors.
The client remains responsible for reviewing and approving assumptions used in the final financial projections.
7. Fees and Payments
The applicable service fee will be communicated to the client before commencement of the engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Work will commence after the required payment has been received.
- Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, may be charged in addition to the quoted professional fee.
- Additional work outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.
- Third-party expenses, government fees, professional fees or other external charges are not included unless specifically stated.
A quotation or proposal may specify separate payment milestones where applicable.
8. Revisions
The number of revisions included in a service will depend on the package or proposal selected.
Revisions should generally relate to corrections, clarification or reasonable changes to information originally provided by the client.
Substantial changes to the business concept, business model, financial assumptions, target market or project scope after completion of the agreed work may be treated as additional work and may attract additional fees.

If the client cancels an engagement after work has commenced, fees relating to work already completed may not be refundable.
Where a refund is applicable, the amount and processing procedure will be determined based on the applicable service agreement, proposal or refund policy.
Any government fees, third-party charges or expenses already incurred on behalf of the client may not be refundable.
